Diamond Package – 12 Brut, 6 Brut Rose & 1 Blanc De Blanc

Brut –
Our Brut is made from hand-selected Chardonnay,
Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes grown in some
of the finest microclimates throughout Champagne.
Following harvest, the grapes are pressed immediately in press houses in the vineyards. First press juice is only used and blending is done after primary fermentation. The final cuvee completes secondary fermentation and then is aged for over 4 years in the bottle.
Brut Rose –
Our Rosé is made from selected Chardonnay and
Pinot Noir grapes grown in the finest microclimates
in Champagne. Following harvest, grapes are pressed immediately in press houses in the vineyards, and first press juice is only used for the wine. Blending is done after primary fermentation and the final cuvee completes secondary fermentation and then is aged for over 4 years in the bottle.
Blanc De Blanc –
The “Collection Privée” or Private Collection represents the most exclusive and exceptional Cuvées from Le Chemin du Roi. This Cuvee, our Blanc de Blancs from the much heralded 2000 vintage, is the paramount assertion of a Champagne made for a King. Made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from top growers in the Montagne de Reims and Côte de Blancs appellations of Champagne, the wine spent
over 10 years aging on lees before disgorgement, resulting in a strong
yet elegant and complex flawless Cuvée with notes of toasted brioché, Meyer lemons, creamy pineapple and balanced minerality.

In this 993 bottle edition, each black lacquer box is hand made and individually numbered.
