All products manufactured and sold by The Original Sire Spirits products are guaranteed to be free from material and workmanship defects upon receipt. Each product includes a 1-year limited warranty. 
 
To activate your warranty, the purchaser must have a receipt of the purchased product on the website (www.Sire Spiritsofficial.com).  Failure to have a receipt of the product will void the warranty. 
 
Modifying the design or function, or subjecting this product to abuse, misuse, mishandling or unauthorized repair voids all aspects of the warranty and return policy. To submit a warranty claim, you must obtain a return authorization by filling out the form on our website, e-mailing, or calling our offices. Once received and inspected, we reserve the option to repair or replace the product.
 
The Original Sire Spirits products also reserves the right to replace any product that has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and functionality. All return and replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Under no circumstances will The Sire Spirits Products perform call tags or reimburse for shipping costs of any products. In an effort to save the purchaser shipping expenses, you may be asked to supply detailed photos of the damaged part in lieu of having to ship the part back.
