Refund

If we don’t deliver your goods within two months from when the order was placed, we will refund your payment in full. This does not apply to pre-orders and unique releases.

You can cancel an order for a full refund within three days of purchase, provided it hasn’t shipped. Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to a change of heart or taste.

Non-refundable purchases: personalized items (e.g., engraved), all presales, special releases, and items of seasonal relevance unless stated otherwise.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 22 Hudson Place, Hoboken, NJ 07030, US.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
